Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

File Menu

Use the Report Actions File menu to perform tasks such as saving, cancelling editing, and exporting to a variety of formats.

Field Description
Open a Report Select this option to open a list of reports without closing the active report in the Report Working Area. Click on a report from the list to open it in the Report Working Area.
Save Click to save the report
Save as new Click to save the changes to a new report name.
Create a Report Click to open the Report Working Area and the Fields & Data Objects widget. You can use a shortcut by starting from a category or using a Deltek Standard report as a starting point. Or you can begin adding fields and objects from scratch.
Cancel Editing Select to cancel the editing session. This will delete any Editing History for this report session.
Remove all changes Click to remove any changes you have made in this session, but retain Editing History.
Export as Click to download the report in one of the listed file formats,
